GreenCloud collects the following data:

• Personal identification information (Name, email address)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide GreenCloud with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Submit a resource or a link to a resource file.
• Sign up voluntarily to receive updates of new resources.
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

GreenCloud collects your data so that we can:

• Keep record of who has submitted resources.
• Send you updates of new resources.

If you sign up voluntarily, GreenCloud will share your data with the GreenReg Lead Partner Development Centre Murska Sobota so that they may send you a newsletter with relevant updates.

How do we store your data?

When you submit a resource, GreenCloud will keep your personal identification information until the resource has been verified and uploaded to our website. Once it is uploaded, we will delete your personal information.

If you subscribe to resource updates or the GreenReg newsletter, we will retain your personal identification information until you unsubscribe voluntarily.

What are your data protection rights?

GreenCloud would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request GreenCloud for copies of your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that GreenCloud correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request GreenCloud to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that GreenCloud erases your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that GreenCloud restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to GreenCloud’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that GreenCloud transfers the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
